Some remarks: The original uploader stated that the photo was a technical photo, and because the subject is very old, surely in PD, they assumed the photo was in PD too. The same image is on ALAMY, also on that website in PD, see https://www.alamy.com/graftekst-lepejou-haerst-zwolle-image349503483.html?irclickid=TPXRVDy6qxyPT9ySt01MfVvJUkFVhJQCBz5v1g0&utm_source=77643&utm_campaign=Shop%20Royalty%20Free%20at%20Alamy&utm_medium=impact&irgwc=1 . The original source website cannot be found (https://www.zwolleinbeeld.nl/item_randzwolle/graf_apollo/apollo2.htm) and had a wrong title, it is not a grave of Apollo. It cannot be determined whether the original source website stated a PD license. The current website is showing a photo with other coloring, see https://www.zwolleinbeeld.nl/index.php/108-foto-s-van-zwolle/begraafplaats-graf-lepejou/82-graf-lepejou. Files in Category:John Heartfield[edit]

The artist John Heartfield died in 1968, so these works are not in the public domain in Germany (and all other 70 years pma countries) yet, and the files should be deleted. They can be restored 95 + 1 years (URAA) after their respective first publication, but not before 2039.

Given that some of the listed images show the works of Heartfield as the background of photos or pictures taken by someone else, it would be necessary to clarify the legal claims by Rosenzweig whether the copyright law applies to such indirect representations as well.
Regarding the "Entfesselter Kitsch, gefesselte Kunst" for example, it is a reproduction of a newspaper publication of 1937 containing text and various photos. It is unclear whether this would be eligible to the copyright regulations indicated by Rosenzweig. Why do you think it is "unclear" if copyright applies to a 1937 text by Heartfield (Entfesselter Kitsch, gefesselte Kunst)? And yes, copyright generally applies to derivative works. Oppose, I understand what you think about SonicXMasako12. He did try to upload the same image to flag of Jihad.svg but was reverted whatsoever. That isn't much case here. The image not being high-quality doesn't mean that it should be deleted, it can be improved. Also, your claim that the file is inaccurate seems wrong; Al-Qaeda leaders Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Muhammad Atif did use this flag in a press conference somewhere in the 1990s. The usage of {{PD-US-1996}} is wrong as this image was protected in Argentina at least until 1999 (photographs enter in the public domain 20 years after publication and 25 years of creation).     It's a commentary video embedding very short clips of a different, copyrighted and much more popular video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsQL4Lyp8AM).
