As the subject of the document died in 1918, and this seems to be a document created in what is now Saudi Arabia, this should fall under the principle of {{PD-old-assumed}} (as Saudi is a 50 year PMA jurisdiction). 中文：PD与否和著作权持有者有关，和设计者啊、作者啊什么的都无关。设计者、作者并不等同于著作权持有者，这个就是一例。

据资料显示，当年团中央宣传部和书记处任命李国靖承担团徽设计任务，并将之前征集的设计图给她作参考，最终设计而成。1959年5月4日，团中央委员会公布了《关于颁布中国共产主义青年团团徽的决定》，其中首次规定了团徽图案的标准。后来的《中国共产主义青年团章程》也重申了标准。

由于李国靖受组织任命、充分使用了组织给予其的参考资料进行设计，图案设计完成后组织又公布了规范性质的标准以供所有人使用，在《决定》和《章程》公布团徽标准时也未对李国靖进行署名，其明显符合《中华人民共和国著作权法》第十六条中的规定：

“ 有下列情形之一的职务作品，作者享有署名权，著作权的其他权利由法人或者其他组织享有，法人或者其他组织可以给予作者奖励：

（一）主要是利用法人或者其他组织的物质技术条件创作，并由法人或者其他组织承担责任的工程设计图、产品设计图、地图、计算机软件等职务作品；

（二）法律、行政法规规定或者合同约定著作权由法人或者其他组织享有的职务作品。

”

再据第二十一条中的规定：

“ 法人或者其他组织的作品、著作权（署名权除外）由法人或者其他组织享有的职务作品，其发表权、本法第十条第一款第（五）项至第（十七）项规定的权利的保护期为五十年，截止于作品首次发表后第五十年的１２月３１日，但作品自创作完成后五十年内未发表的，本法不再保护。 ”
该团徽图案的著作权保护期于2009年12月31日截止。
English: According to the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China Article 16 and Article 21, the emblem of the Communist Youth League's copyright holder was Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, which is a legal entity or an organization and, the term of copyright for the work has expired since 31 December 2009.

Medal designed by Argentine artists Ángel Ibarra García (1892-1972) in 1943 and thus still protected by copyright in its country of origin (70 years pma). Notice that stamps, currencies, etc are protected by copyright. Notice that some of the images are photos taken in museum in Tallinn where there is no FoP. We can undelete these images in 2043.

With all due respect, the file "File:Orden Libertador San Martin AEAColl.jpg" is a medal which is in my personal collection and I am the owner of the picture I took of it. Maybe copyright affect the drawings of the Order as drawn by Mr. Ibarra, but the PICTURE I posted was made by myself from an item I own. You are the owner of the picture and the owner of the replica, but you are not the copyright holder of its design. Your picture of your replica is a derivative work of Ibarra García's design. By analogy, imagine if you posted a photo of a Mickey Mouse toy you bought. Would be it allowed in Commons? The answer, I hope you reach, is no. For that specific point of view, any picture published of people wearing the award would be violating copyrights. Just to state it, I oppose the deletion of the aforementioned pictures. While it might be PD in the US, COM:TOO Chile is vague and implies that the logo could be copyrighted in it's source country (Chile). File is also on the English Wikipedia tagged as {{Do not move to Commons}}.

@OPlibertad notice that our policy requires images to have a free license or be in the public domain in both its host country and the United States. Notice also that {{Not-PD-US-URAA}} can only be used for uploads before 2012. Moreover, if the image was taken in 1996, then it was after URAA time, so it doesn't even apply to it.
