German freedom of panorama only applies for permanently istalled works. The Festival of Lights is a two-week exhibition in Berlin. Buildings are irradiated in special patterns. In my opinion, the pattern shown here reaches the height of creation. The organizer's homepage also explicitly states that images for commercial purposes are expressly prohibited.

File:Brdbg Tor 091014.jpg displays a projection of The Creation of Adam by Michelangelo (1475–1564) where we see the hands of Adam and God touching each other. Files in Category:Pelo (magazine), 1988[edit]

Images from scan of Pelo magazine issues published in 1988 in Argentina. All these images are currently in the PD in Argentina (25 years after publication), but they were not in 1996 at URAA time. Thus these images are still copyrighted in the United States. The source of these images is the magazine online archive that uses the incompatible CC-BY-NC license [1]. Following COM:PCP we cannot keep these images.

If I understand correctly, there is no freedom of panorama for buildings in South Africa. Unless the architect died before 1973 (50 years) we need a license from the architect or their heirs.
