  • Comment: this seems to me like a very modern, minimalistic version of the Category:Coats of arms of the Holy See. The general design of two crossed keys, a papal tiara and some ribbons is not new. What is new is this original, more minimalist and clean-cut version. High Desert sculpture[edit]

Four Panoramio imports by Panoramio upload bot, categorized at Category:Public art in Albuquerque. The images show a stainless-steel sculpture found at the vicinity of the High Desert development. The area began to be developed in 1991, and the sculpture is verified to be found in the area. Assuming the sculpture dates to 1991 or later, it fails {{PD-US-no notice}} or even {{PD-US-1978-89}}. There is no complete freedom of panorama in the United States for free uses of images of public art. A commercial license permission from the artist or designer of this sculpture is required.

    Hmm. The building in 14 Mariankatu was built in 1939 (on page 21). I found another photo with a long caption here(photo taken 2010-10-26, 22nd photo from the bottom). Last 3 rows: "P.S. Ai niin, se Mariankatu 8/16:n "seinässä jokin muistokyltti (mitähän lukee?)": Siinä lukee "Här uppstod stadens brand 1855" ja samma på finska eli suunnilleen "Täältä alkoi kaupungin palo 1855". Kyltti kiinnitettiin pienen seremonian saattamana sata vuotta myöhemmin. Tontilla ei tarvitse kaivaa kuin 10-20 cm niin vastaan tulee hiiliä, kätkettyinä muistoina tuosta surullisesta tapahtumasta. Hiilet tulivat vastaan kun kätkin talon juurella pari pientä aarretta, jotka lienevät siellä edelleen." At the top corners of the videos, it seems that these videos were taken from the İHA (İhlas News Agency), TRT (Turkish Radio and Television Corporation) or someone else In particular, İHA is written in the corners of all videos published by Ekspres TV. The copyright owner is someone else. So these files will be deleted.

Though File:GK in GKFC by Ne11i.jpg appears at [1] and credited to NelliPhotographer, and File:© Ne11i ™ - Gevorg Kasparov in FC Noah.jpg also has metadata that seems to establish the uploader as the photographer, so I'm wondering if at least the newer photographs are properly sourced/licensed and don't have to be deleted. Unfortunately, this image by an author who died in 1974 is undated. If it were published in 1966 or later, its copyright would have been restored by the URAA, and if it was published in 1973 it would not even be in teh public domain in Afghanistan itself. The description says that XCOPY released their works under CC0, however the mural is not by XCOPY, according to https://streetartcities.com/cities/melbourne/markers/f3151e55-e920-4db5-8da2-6393d83c8dfe it is by "local artist World In Crisis" and there's no indication of what licensing applies to it. This link to the artist is not from a reliable source. I have reached out to building owner to determine whether this is Graffiti, whether the artist is known and whether the image is CC0. It is also not clear whether a direct copy of a CC0 artwork can be copyrighted in any way. The artist who created the original image has stated clearly the work is cc0. Unlikely own work, and likely authored by a New York State subnational government entity. According to en:Copyright_status_of_works_by_subnational_governments_of_the_United_States#New_York, works authored by the State of New York government agencies are generally copyrighted.

There does not seem to be much information on the copyright status of Delaware works, so unless this badge can be shown to have been in use since before 1989 without a copyright notice, it seems we will have to delete this file by the precautionary principle. The Yanny/Laurel sound effect is copyrighted (see en:w:File:YannyLaurel.ogg), and although it could be de minimis and the video is public domain, it is the central subject of the video and is played several times throughout it. Unlikely own work. If from 1954, its US copyright will not expire until 2050. In the Dominican Republic, copyright will last until 50 years after the author's death, or 50 years after publication if anonymous. So even if we assume this work to have been published anonymously, it will have been copyrighted in the Dominican republic at the URAA restoration date. There is nothing to indicate the source or the author of this image, so it is difficult to ascertain whether the author has died more than 70 years ago. Mural in question is the work of artist Dan Green and the corresponding page on his website makes no indication that the work was released under a Commons-suitable license.
