First of all, exifdata is missing because I transferred these images from my phone to my computer by email. That's the reason why exifdata is missing. Secondly, it's quite normal that some resolutions are small for the simple reason that they are mostly portraits of soccer players. Finally, if you think about it, you'll see that my nickname is Kari (0t) which is the opposite of Irak = I am a photographer and I work for the Iraqi Football Association. Editing to add:
I noticed in one of the earlier requests an assertion that the uploader has included fake EXIF data, a claim that seems to be supported by File:Jalal Hassan 2023.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/File:Karbala Stadium.jpg, two uploads with incorrect camera dates, which generally should not happen with iPhone cameras. It's also strange that every photograph is claimed to be taken on iPhone X, despite many of the photographs appearing to be drone photos or DSLR quality.
Finally, the user claims to be working for the Iraq football federation. That raises the possibility that the photos belong to the federation, which would require verification with COM:VRT.
Anyway, because of the user's edit history, unverified claim about the sourcing, and frankly nonsense rationale about the username and the photos being in public interest, COM:PCP applies here. Adeletron 3030 (talk) 18:34, 17 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

According to the law of 22 April 1941 n. 633 and subsequent amendments, "the exclusive right on photographs lasts twenty years from the production of the photograph" (article 92) or such photographs become public domain starting from the beginning of the calendar year following the end of the twenty years. According to the text of the law, such photographs are: «images of people or aspects, elements or facts of natural and social life, obtained with the photographic process or with a similar process, including reproductions of works of figurative art and film stills cinematic.

Although most Flickr uploads from this user appear to be properly licensed, I believe these are fan meet-and-greet photos provided by WWE/event promoter and made available to attendees later. They're marked with WWE logos and do not have camera EXIF data like the user's other Flickr uploads. These photos appear to be a case of an accidental COM:FLICKRWASH.

Von der Sache her ist das kein Problem, aber wir können ja nicht hellsehen, ob das alles so stimmt. Daher sollte die Fotografin diese COM:ET/de#ERI Einverständniserklärung per E-mail an permissions-commons-de@wikimedia.org schicken. Dann wird hier ein Vermerk an die Datei angebracht und gut is. This picture is copied from a National Register of Historic Places nomination form. The photograph is not a work of the U.S. Government and therefore is not in the public domain. The authorship is unclear. The National Register nomination form has a letter stating it was transmitted by the Oklahoma Historical Society. The National Park Service website, here, says, "This website includes both Government content that is in the public domain; as well as resources such as photographs, audio and video clips contributed or licensed by third parties that may be protected by copyright, or other proprietary rights. Transmission or reproduction of protected items beyond that allowed by fair use, as defined in the copyright laws, requires the written permission of the copyright owners." The picture was contributed by a third party and is protected by copyright.
