- Except perhaps the last photo, these are just showing limited functional details which are not copyrightable in the first place. According to the best information available, Paolo Monti had permission from the copyright holders for downstream licensing, see Commons:BEIC. Nemo 05:47, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
- As I've already stated in another comment here what the BEIC article says is nonsensical at best if not outright patently false at worst. Although I'm not going to repeat the reasons why. Except to say that point 2 of the section on "rights" clearly says "This statement is consistent with the story of the photos as we know of it: the artists commissioned the photos for inclusion in future publications authored by Paolo Monti, so they provided the necessary authorisations and transfer of rights." None of which is compatible with Commons or it's usage policy. As people re-using the images clearly aren't "publications authored by Paolo Monti" and them saying it's the story as far as they know it isn't at all a guarantee that everything was done properly. Although even if it was, the re-use would still only be confined to "publications authored by Paolo Monti" anyway. So there's no grounds what-so-ever to keep the images. --Adamant1 (talk) 03:22, 21 November 2023 (UTC)

Out of scope: low quality photographs of a child holding a sign; limited educational value. The text of the sign is troubling as well - whether it was intended to or not, it reads disturbingly like a call for additional violence.
Omphalographer (talk) 05:43, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment The image makes its own point, it's below COM:TOO India, and Commons is not censored. I'm inclined to keep it. The file description can be edited if anyone wants to do so, the red-linked category should probably be removed and appropriate categories added, and personality rights templates should be added. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 01:05, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
- My greatest concern here is, in short, that it's unclear whether this child was responsible for, or even aware of, the political message they were being used to convey in the photo. Given the tense political/religious conflict that this photo was taken in relation to, I'm not terribly comfortable keeping a photo which could potentially come back to harm the child shown in it, especially given the possibility that the photographer may have been effectively using the child as a prop, and given that the photo is not (and, as far as I'm aware, has never been) in use on any Wikimedia project. - Keep I think the reason is not valid. A picture of a building, regardless of the building's function, is in scope. My only question would be whether this is really Kartikguide's own work. However, they contributed to Commons only on 13 February and 2 July of this year, so I doubt we'll hear from them, and unless someone finds a source for this image, its merely being small and lacking EXIF are expressly not sufficient reasons to delete per COM:Deletion requests. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:43, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
File:Pfahlbaudorf-Modell von David Fischli und Peter Weiss.png[edit]

- Delete Judging by the uploader's name, Dwinnie (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) , I'm guessing that they are the same person as DavidPWinnie (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) , DPWinnie (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) , and w:David Winnie, the footballer seen in the photograph. And based on their edits, they seem to be under the belief that they own the rights to the image since they're in the photograph. If all these accounts do belong to David, then a few things:
- Copyright belongs to the photographer/agency, not the person photograph. If you want an action shot of yourself on your Wikipedia article, please ask a photographer to release the rights and contact COM:VRT to verify that they have done so.
- Please pick one account and stick to it. I don't think you're necessarily abusing multiple accounts, but jumping from user name to user name makes it difficult for other users to communicate with you.
- You've received several notices about image deletions and you don't seem to have responded on a talk page or discussion page. If you're not sure why your uploads keep deleting, please ask a reviewer or a nominator. If you do understand, please stop.
