Uumm, it shows a lot of the unique architecture of the building. For instance the small cement pond in the background, the pillar and door on the right side, Etc. Etc. Maybe you could argue the building is de minimis because I'm sure the photographer meant to take a picture of the typewriters, but there's just to much of the background visible and in focus for me personally to say it's a trivial or minor part of the image. The last time I checked it doesn't matter if the photograph is showing the interior of the building or not. It still doesn't qualify for FOP either way as long the building's architecture is visible in the image to some degree, which it clearly is in the images your comment is about. Although I'm I don't really care either way with File:' 58 ITALY - Negozio Olivetti nel 2012 - 03.JPG but the other ones clearly show the building. --Adamant1 (talk) 18:28, 1 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

 Delete uploader here. I must admit that there are very few similar files on commons and as a precaution and not to encourage further potentially wrong uploads, I'd rather have the file deleted now than later. We can still undelete it once we come to the conclusion that they are not from TRT.

Hi @Kurmanbek, at Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Turkey I couldn't find anything regarding TRT or the Turkish Parliament. What if a member of her political party filmed her? The image is from a YouTube video from the channel of the political party (from 2 minutes and 30 seconds onwards) of the politician depicted and comes with a Creative Commons license. Hi. The images were shot from the angle generally used by TRT. Although the MPs' chairs are arranged side by side, it is not possible for another MP to move from the other side while giving a speech. Although I think that the images taken towards the podium are copyrighted, I also think that the images with the banner that intervened were taken by the council members. I contest the speedy deletion for the moment. The file is a screenshot of a YouTube video from her political party (from 0.21 onwards) published under a Creative Commons license.  Keep After further research I now hold the view that this file can be kept as it is not from the same angle as the TRT usually publishes its videos. We still don't have proof that the TRT is the one who holds the copyright, but it is suspicious that there are so view other similar files. So I assume good faith and believe. But I believe Kurmanbek is correct in other files I uploaded which are File:Musa Piroglu in parliament.png, File:Sevin Coskun in parliament.jpg and File:Saruhan Hakkı Oluç in parliament.tif. I'd like to challenge the deletion. At Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Turkey there is no mention of this and the screenshot is from a YouTube video (from 1 Minute 35 seconds) of the channel from the political party of the depicted and was published with a Creative Commons license. Fernando Botero died in 2023 and the sculptures are exhibited in a museum in Colombia. Colombia has a standard of life plus 80 years. COM:FOP Colombia only applies to works permanently accessible to the public but the Museum Botero has opening hours and is not permanently accessible to the public.

For me permanently open to the public means 24/7 and this would not be the case in a museum with opening hours but that's just my opinion. Commons:Volunteer_Response_Team/it#Autorizzare_immagini:_quando_devo_contattare_VRT? , and Commons:Modello_richiesta_di_permesso. It's unfortunate that it has to be this difficult, when you really did get permission (as it sounds like), but we have hundreds of copyright violations every day where people copy images off the internet. Only the actual copyright owner can license it. Either the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 license needs to be mentioned on the source website (which instead says Copyright © 2020 Guido Gay. Tutti i diritti sono riservati: riproduzione e/o diffusione solo se concessi dall’Autore). Or, an email be sent to from Guido Gay to permissions-it@wikimedia.org giving the license.   •  Keep PD-UK-unknown. I simple search for "Harry Topham" found the source of the images. They appear to come from https://orl-heritagetrust.org.uk/player I have looked at about a dozen and they are images of people from the early 1900s. It would have been nice if the website stored larger version of their scans, most are from low res images of the whole team, with each player cropped out. That is why you should scan everything at 600dpi or higher. Tineye has not found anyone making an active copyright claim for the images as a creator and the heritage trust credits no creator. The cutoff for PD-UK-unknown is 1953, and I have not found any yet that are post-1953. --RAN (talk) 23:06, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Fernando Botero died in 2023 and the sculptures are exhibited in a museum in Colombia. Colombia has a standard of life plus 80 years. COM:FOP Colombia only applies to works permanently accessible to the public but the Museum of Antoquias has opening hours and is not permanently accessible to the public.
