Almost all images in this category, except for one which should not attract artist's copyright, are violations of sculptor's copyright. The monument was recently brought up at this Village Pump forum.

Greek copyright law does not allow commercial exploitations of copyrighted Greek public buildings and monuments by non-mass media individuals and entities, like vloggers, postcard makers, website developers, travel portal administrators, and calendar designers. The monument is a copyrighted work, from 1997 and authored by sculptor Angelika Korovesi (source). A commercial license permit from her is required, or the law must be changed to allow anyone to exploit copyrighted Greek buildings and monuments without non-commercial restrictions.
